Pietro JL Solari
Chairman -Advisory Board-
A Banker, with 40+ year career spanning all aspects, including Private Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Asset Management. In an Advisory role, his network compounded with extensive experience in the Capital Markets, equips, Iterla Asset Management Corp., with invaluable financial services management knowledge. His achievements, over the course of his career, focused on the Ibero-America region for financial institutions like “Bank of America”, “Rothschild’s”, and “Merrill Lynch”, are a testament to his expertise. Pietro, as a Private Investor, leverages his entrepreneurial skills. Having founded and raised venture capital across Latin America in diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Technology, Real Estate, Agro-Industry and Mining. He actively contributes by serving on the Boards of various such companies. A Swiss citizen residing in Panama, studied Art History and Business at New York University, he is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, English; has four children and four grandchildren.
Alessandro Cavallera
Advisor -Family Offices-
A Serial Entrepreneur, with a keen interest in Financial Services, Real Estate, Hospitality. After a five year stint in Real Estate in China, Alessandro moved to Panama in 2009 operating his own family office, pioneering real estate investments in the up & coming Casco Viejo neighborhood. This led him into founding the utterly successful “Salvaje group”, now an Hospitality chain with 22 different restaurants across the globe. Having little to do during Covid, he launches on an excel spreadsheet “KrediYa”, today one of the largest Latin America’s micro lending FinTech, present in Panama, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico. Additionally, Alessandro has brought various companies to list on NASDAQ. An Italian national, when not extensively travelling promoting business he lives in Panama City, speaks fluently, Italian, Spanish, English. He is a Law graduate of Bocconi University (Milano) and a Harvard Executive Finance graduate. He advises Iterla on all matters related to Family Offices.
Moises Gracia
Advisor -Digital Assets-
A Civil Engineer, Moises has developed a passionate curiosity in Digital Assets, which has led him to become an expert in the field advising governments and institutions, alike. His hands-on knowledge of the Blockchain ecosystem brought about the founding of “Owl Capital”, a digital assets liquidity provision investment fund. Previously having spent 19 years as Central America & Caribbean Director for Swiss Company “SGS” he has deep regional knowledge. Moises is a Spanish national, residing in Panama. Speaks Spanish and English, is a graduate BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, and a graduate MBA from IE Business School (Madrid). Moises has a digital citizenship from the Commonwealth of Dominica. He advises Iterla on all Digital Assets services.
Glenn Evans
Advisor -Insurance & Investment Funds-
A wealth manager, known for his holistic planning, emphasizing fiduciary duty combined with a client’s goal, reached via investment strategies in any type of Funds has provided Glenn over his 39 years career in financial services with a unique tailored edge, favored by Family Offices, Entrepreneurs, Institutions. An ex-New Yorker, having worked for “The Equitable” and “Oppenheimer & Co.” he has developed over the years, amongst other answers, tax optimization plans through insurance solutions. Glenn is a graduate of St. Thomas of Villanova University, Miami, and has an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, is fluent in Spanish and English; he is a US citizen having lived in Panama for the past 35 years. He advises Iterla on all matters related to Insurance and Investment Funds.
Julio Javier Justiniani
Advisor -Regulatory Compliance-
An ex-regulator, Julio Javier spent the last 5 years as Superintendent of Panama’s Securities Market Authority, previous an additional 4 years stint as a Public servant for this same body.. He has a solid background in banking, having spent more than 25 years in executive functions for such Panama financial groups as “Multibank”, “Banco Hipotecario”, “Panafinsa” and “Canal Bank”. He is an MBA graduate of University of Louisville, speaks Spanish and English, is a Panama citizen living in Panama. He advises Iterla on all Regulatory matters.
Carlos Zalles
Advisor -Investment Banking-
A Banker, focused on Investment Banking & Corporate Finance in Latin America, Carlos started his career at “American Security Bank”, honing thereafter his corporate finance skills during the 1980’s at “Bank of America” in Mexico and Venezuela. Then on to found “Vestcorp Partners” and “Andino Capital Markets”, responsible for trading and distribution, two pioneering Banking boutiques in Latin America. For the past 25 years he has been Chairman & Founder of “LW Partners” a group of financial services companies active in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage. He is currently on the board of “Welcy Capital Advisors” a Miami based Registered Investment Advisor. Carlos is a graduate of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, speaks fluently Spanish, English, resides in Miami, has 5 children and 5 grandchildren. He advises Iterla on everything related to Investment Banking.
Jorge Cravo

Proven leadership in developing high-net-worth client portfolios, managing cross-border teams and driving business growth within leading financial institutions. Recognised for strategic vision, operational excellence and deep understanding of global financial markets. Jorge’s deftness approach to Portfolio Management makes him an invaluable advisor to Iterla on all such matters. He sits on the Board of Iterla Investment Management Corp., our Asset Management subsidiary.
Todd Heinzl

A consulting professional, holding over 35 years experience in the investment, merchant banking, and financial services industry. Todd, has introduced more than 20 companies listing on NASDAQ and other stock exchanges, facilitating their stock listing in a precise, orderly, compliant, process. He has an Executive Management Diploma from the Wharton School of Business. Todd is a Canadian citizen and resides in Ottawa. He advises Iterla on all matters related to new Investment Products.
